Dear reader,
I'm writing to you from a room with many windows on one side, overlooking a small park and some water. I'm seated at a small rectangular desk in the corner, close to the windows.

For a long time, I disliked winter, but in recent years, I've grown to enjoy it, even more than summer. I'm leaning into the focus and atmosphere of misty cold days.

In this email, I am in careering mode, I share a piece of software I recently made, updates from an ongoing project, and a diagram of the internet made by a friend.

I'm looking to be the web gardener of an organization, growing and maintaining their online presence. I created a special web page to explain what I'm looking for.
If you hear of something that might align, I would be grateful if you could pass this page along. Thank you!

Palm
Over the past few months, I've been creating a piece of software named Palm. It's a content composer for the offline and online web. Here are some practical ways to use it:
- Website builder
- WYSIWYG HTML editor
- HTML note-taking software
- Blogging tool
- Method for writing HTML with constraints
- "content first, style later" approach to creating websites

Palm is currently in beta and, for now, only works on Mac.
Download Palm (v0.0.1)
If you enjoy Palm, please consider supporting my work. It took over two months to design, build, and test Palm. It's unfunded and a labor of love.

In November, while in Athens, I helped Kristoffer Tjalve turn his internet map into a website.
"I made a map of the Internet. It is incomplete. You won’t find links to social media sites, big corporations or advertisement renderings. In fact, most of the Internet is missing from the map. Hence, it is more accurate to describe the map as My Internet or the Naive Internet Universe." – Kristoffer Tjalve

File Life

I've continued traveling, collecting files that people want to let go of intentionally. This project has taught me a lot about being light, both in how I move and in my mindset. The entire website consists of just one page, using dithered and compressed images, and it's downloadable. I've been trying to approach it conceptually with a lighter feeling. When I'm traveling, I mention the project when appropriate but don't actively seek out transfers. It's nice when they happen by chance.
